Festuca glauca ‘Elijah Blue’ is an ornamental grass known for its thin icy-blue foliage and mounding shape. Commonly known as Elijah Blue Festuca, you can expect this fast growing plant to reach an average landscape size of 8-12″ by 8-12″. During the late summer you can find little brown flowers bloom atop long wheat-like stems.
